(Oceanfront Condo)
Open the curtains and enjoy being on the Gulf. In this first-floor condo, you're only a few steps away from the beach. And you're only one step away from your oceanfront patio.
Coming back inside, you see the dining area (seating for 6) and the pass-through bar to the kitchen (2 stools). The kitchen comes with a full-size refrigerator, gas range with oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and water dispenser.* There is a large pantry/storage area to the side, as well as a bathroom.
Bedrooms: to the rear of the kitchen, the first bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Here, there's A/C, the TV, and mirrored doors on the closet (ceiling fan). Across the entrance hall, the other two bedrooms share the guest bathroom. The first of these bedrooms has a king size bed (ceiling fan, closet with mirrored doors), and a rattan dressing table. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, rattan dressing table, and a (large!) closet with mirrored doors. This bedroom has A/C, and a screened window that looks out to the patio and the Gulf.
The pool is just to the side of the condo as you go out the back door, and there's off-street parking to the rear of the complex...and back on the Gulf side, your own "private" little space to relax.
Located in Chicxulub Puerto, you´re only a few blocks from the town park and mercado, and the collective cabs which can take you into Progreso (or hire one to take you wherever you'd like).
